Facts: Mr. Cortés was Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1969 and he was
raised between the towns of Carolina and Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico. Graduated with honors in 1986, from the Liceo Interamericano Castro in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. Worked for many years in the Airlines Industry for a Venezuelan Airline and in the Media Industry for several radio stations in Puerto Rico. Also, between 1997 and 1998, he was a Special Aid to the late Hon. Jose E. Aponte DelaTorre, former mayor of the Municipality of Carolina in Puerto Rico. Moved to the Orlando Metropolitan Area in 1998. Mr. Cortés currently owns a Music Production company and two online radio stations. He is currently working on for a non-profit organization to develop and promote local artists in the Central Florida Area. Mr. Cortés presides and coaches a team for the Kissimmee United FC (Soccer Club). He is married, and has four children.
