     1. Real Property Transactions - Our firm maintains a full service real estate practice for the handling of construction and permanent loan financing, the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties, preparation of condominium documentation, and commercial and residential lease transactions. We also have extensive experience in all areas of land use.

     2. Real Estate Litigation - Our attorneys use their skills as litigators to defend and prosecute your claims as the buyer or seller of real estate. In addition to breach of contract, we handle actions over deposits/earnest money, specific enforcement of purchase agreements and breach of covenants and warranties. Our firm works closely with property owners who have problems with difficult tenants. As is frequently the case, once these tenants have been evicted or move out (sometimes secretly and frequently without forwarding addresses), owners are left with hundreds, even thousands of dollars in damages. At this point, we coordinate our real estate work with our collection department to obtain full relief for property matters, including unpaid rent, expenses and deficiencies.

     3. Real Estate Closings - Our firm handles private and commercial real estate closings. Also, we handle closings for business sales transactions.

     4. Foreclosure Defense - Our firm represents defendants in foreclosure litigation in the State of Florida. Also, we bring actions against financial institutions for violations of RESPA,TILA and many other consumer protection laws. We partner with the Foreclosure Defense Institute.
